The Biden administration released a proposed rule last week to fix the ACA's family glitch. The Department of Treasury is using the proposed rule to revise the definition of "affordability" of employer-sponsored coverage as it applies specifically to family members of the employee. If finalized, this regulation would go into effect on January 1, 2023. During this webinar, members of NAHU's Compliance Corner committee will review the proposed regulation and answer any questions and concerns you may have regarding it.

The session is limited to 1,000 participants; if you can't make it or it fills up, the session will be recorded and the slides and webinar recording will be posted online. Continuing Professional Credits (CPC) can be obtained by RHU®, ChHC® and REBC® graduates who attend for the full duration of this webinar offering.
