The ACA’s legal woes have not gone away, and the Trump Administration’s regulatory efforts to circumvent the law have been met with equal resistance in the courts. As rulings come out and challenges continue to make their way through the legal process, agents and brokers are in a need-to-know position to keep their clients informed and in compliance with the law.
This session of Live from NAHU!, will provide an overview of the ongoing legal challenges to the ACA and its regulatory reforms and how to stay in compliance as these challenges continue through the courts. This includes the Texas v. U.S. case challenging the constitutionality of the individual mandate and ACA, the association health plan and short-term plan challenges, and others that are underway.
Dozens of NAHU chapters will be hosting special chapter events to view this session in person. If you will attend a chapter event of the broadcast, you do not need to register for the webinar online. Continuing education credits may be available to members who attend these in-person live broadcasts.
