The focus will be primarily on long term disability with a brief discussion on short term disability. Ethics CE | In-person Only | 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM Topic: Ethics for Business, How Modern Ethics and Values are Changing Business Speaker: Richard Lett, LeClair Group Description: Ethics and values are changing the way businesses define and achieve success. Profit is only one parameter driving modern business, business today must demonstrably identify with the ethical, moral and values of the communities they serve. In this course we discuss 3 key ways to make ethical decisions and identify all the stakeholders in the decision we make. We examine a range of personal, historical and recent case studies to discuss how ethics are a fundamental part of everything we do in personal and professional lives.
