Margaret “Maggie” Stedt is a certified senior advisor, a member of NABIP’s Leading Producers Round Table and an independent contractor/licensed agent and consultant. Maggie is known for her unique ability to explain complex insurance products such as Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, prescription drug plans, long-term care plans and deferred annuities. Mrs. Stedt has over 40 years of experience in essential areas of the insurance industry.
Maggie currently is president of The Hartley Group Inc. and manages Stedt Insurance Services. The firms specialize in consulting services and sales of insurance products including Medicare HMO, PDP and MediGap, individual life, health and group insurance products.
Maggie is the president of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals of Orange County, was the NABIP Region 8 membership chair (2014-2017) and serves on the NABIP Medicare Advisory Committee. She is a distinguished toastmaster and certified lay speaker.
She was recently awarded the Distinguished Service Award from NABIP at their 2016 Annual Convention in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
