Neil has been in the health insurance industry since 1982, and is a well respected authority and speaker on health care reform, health care legislation as well as on the subject of single payer and Medicare For All.
Neil is a past president of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals of California, past president of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals of San Diego, past president of the San Diego Employee Benefits Council and serves on the Media Relations Committee for NABIP, the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, which is the industry organization of professionals in the employee benefits industry.
