NABIP staff receives many requests for speaking engagements, and availability may be limited. Please submit your request at least three months before the event. NABIP speakers are often booked months in advance, and the earlier the request is received, the more likely the request may be accommodated. There is no cost for NABIP staff to speak at an event for NABIP chapters, but the chapter is responsible for travel expenses including airfare and hotel accommodations. NABIP staff may be available to participate in non-NABIP events on a case-by-case basis; however, a participation/speaker fee may apply in addition to travel expenses. Completion of this form does not guarantee speaker availability, NABIP staff will respond within five business days to confirm availability for your request.
