The 2024 Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters that was released in April contained a change in business practice for agents and brokers. Beginning June 18, 2023, agents and brokers must obtain documentation that consumers they are working with in the federally facilitated exchange have reviewed their eligibility for applying for coverage.
