At my core, I’m passionate about turning complex operations into clear, scalable solutions that actually make life easier for the people doing the work. Whether it’s streamlining contracting, connecting data systems, or improving how we support agents in the field, I love finding ways to bridge operations and sales so everyone wins.
I’m especially drawn to projects that bring technology and people together — where we can simplify processes, remove barriers, and create real momentum. My goal is always the same: to help great agents focus less on the paperwork and more on what they do best — helping clients.
Outside of work, my world revolves around my three amazing kids — Olivia, Noah, and Jonah — who constantly remind me why balance, perspective, and purpose matter.
