With more than 20 years of experience in Medicare and health insurance, her background spans carrier operations, product development, compliance, sales, agent training, and advocacy. A nationally recognized speaker and educator, Amanda is known for translating complex Medicare policy into practical, real-world guidance and advocating for the critical role professional agents play in serving consumers. Amanda has served as creative director of the Agent Symposium at Medicarians for the past three years and is the creator of the Ms. Medicare Conference.
