Kate has worked on all sides of the insurance industry starting out as a human resource director of a rural hospital buying insurance for employees to working in operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield United of Wisconsin, now Anthem.
That experience led Kate to sales for Anthem and eventually becoming an independent agent. At Spectrum Insurance Group, Kate works with employers, individuals and the Medicare markets with a heavy emphasis on individuals and Medicare.
Kate has been active with NAHU since 2001 serving in various leadership roles at the local, state, and regional level. Currently, Kate is a member of NAHU Medicare Advisory Group and Individual Working Group.
