Lisa Collins has worked in various capacities in the employee benefits field spanning more than 25+ years. She has worked in HR, for a national health insurance company, a regional brokerage firm and a national TPA in both sales and sales management roles.
Currently working with Benefitbay, her focus is educating brokers how Individual Coverage HRAs (ICHRAs) can fit into their book of business and offering an online broker portal to make ICHRA deployment easy for all.
Lisa regularly provides seminars and continuing education courses on employee benefit topics. She holds Certified Flexible Compensation and Advanced Chartered Benefit Consultant designations. She is the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals of Virginia president-elect and has been a past member of NABIP’s Regional II Professional Development board. She holds a business administration degree from Towson University.
