Brooke Willson has been the vice president of leadership services for NABIP for more than 15 years. In this capacity, she is responsible for working with NABIP’s Board of Trustees as well as the state and local chapter boards encouraging excellence and advancement. Furthermore, she is the staff liaison to the Awards Committee, Leading Producers Round Table (LPRT) Committee, Chapter Leadership and Development Committee and the Governance Committee.
Prior to joining NABIP, Brooke worked at the American Society of Landscape Architects and American Society of Association Executives in their marketing and membership departments with an emphasis on chapters and special interests.
Brooke has a degree in political science from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Outside of work she can be found drinking coffee at Starbucks and spending time with her family.
