Meagan Fearing is a third-generation insurance broker and owner of Insurance Marketing Enterprises, Inc. (IME), a Colorado-based agency serving businesses and individuals since 1979. She specializes in employee benefits and is widely recognized for her expertise in navigating complex state and federal health policy.
A past president of NABIP-Colorado, Meagan has held multiple leadership roles at the state, regional, and national levels. She currently serves as chair of NABIP’s State Public Option Working Group and represents the Rocky Mountain region on the Board of Trustees. In these roles, she works closely with policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders to shape legislation impacting insurance markets, affordability, and consumer choice.
