Michelle Reynolds brings more than 25 years of employee benefits and healthcare consulting experience to her role as National Membership Chair. As founder of MPOWR Assurance, she works with small and middle-market employers to build benefits programs that are data-driven, strategically sound, and genuinely useful to the people they serve.
Michelle's volunteer leadership within the association spans every level of the organization. She has served as National Membership Vice-Chair, Regional Membership Chair for Region V, North Carolina State President, President of the Raleigh Triangle chapter, and Chair of the North Carolina General Assembly Action Committee, where she worked directly with legislators on healthcare policy affecting employers and employees across North Carolina.
That breadth of experience, starting at the local chapter to national leadership, shapes how she approaches membership: as something worth earning, sustaining, and growing through the value we deliver to professionals in this industry.
