Paige Phillips began her insurance career in 1982 with Protective Life in Birmingham, Alabama, and has dedicated more than four decades to serving clients and advancing the health insurance profession. She is the owner of Paige Phillips Agency, where she specializes in helping individuals navigate their Medicare options.
A proud member of NABIP for more than 30 years, Paige has served in numerous leadership roles at the local, state, regional, and national levels. She is passionate about strengthening the association, developing future leaders, and ensuring members have the education, resources, and support they need to succeed.
Paige is a Lifetime Soaring Eagle Qualifier of the NABIP Leading Producers Roundtable and has received numerous industry honors, including the NABIP Distinguished Service Award, a NABIP Presidential Citation, and the prestigious Alabama John Galloway Memorial Award, presented to an individual who exemplifies outstanding leadership and professionalism in the insurance industry.
An accomplished speaker and educator, Paige enjoys presenting to association chapters and industry organizations across the country. Her presentations focus on Medicare education, building long-term client relationships through exceptional retention strategies, creating a referral-based business, and helping insurance professionals grow successful practices by putting people before policies.
