Teri Reddick-Barnes is an associate manager at NABIP. She first joined NABIP in 2022 as a member services coordinator and transitioned into her current position in 2023. In her current role, Teri is responsible for processing membership applications, renewals, reinstatements, adding new members, updating member records, and resetting passwords.
She processes credit card membership payments and lockbox and in-house batch processing. She supports and assists a variety of departments with special projects and tasks, such as liaison to chapter leadership, processing Corporate Partners' payments, and processing member recruitment materials per chapter sponsors requests.
Teri graduated from Strayer University, with a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources.
Teri's hobbies are walking, singing in the choir, and going to Karaoke.
