The new SLBE (Spanish Language Benefits Education) Certification is a credential that will show clients and prospects that you have invested in learning strategies to serve Spanish speakers with ethics and excellence. It will prepare you to educate them about their insurance and benefits plans, providing the necessary tools, materials, and processes for this market to make well-informed decisions in their own best interest.
Upon completion, you will be able to demonstrate to clients and prospects that you understand that serving Spanish speakers involves more than Google translate or an overworked bilingual foreman and that you have invested in learning thoughtful and effective strategies to do this.
