Two comment letters sent to the Obama Administration in response to requests for comments that they made in the “FAQs on Affordable Care Act Implementation, Part 34” issued on October 27, 2016. The first comment letter responded to the Administration’s request for information about coverage requirements and plan disclosures with respect to mental health and substance abuse disorder benefits and the second comment letter addressed their request for comments about coverage of tobacco cessation interventions.
