Reciprocity

When NABIP acquired both the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant® (REBC®) and Chartered Healthcare Consultant® (ChHC®) designations from the American College, NABIP paid careful consideration to the insurance professional’s needs in supporting clients. It became quickly apparent that not only key courses in the REBC program that worked towards the ChHC designation should remain, but also that NABIP’s suite of certification programs were key for overall knowledge and client service. Those associated courses previously earned through the Registered Health Underwriter® (RHU®) and ChHC program will apply credit towards your REBC designation. Through NABIP’s redesign of the REBC program, NABIP combined REBC with ChHC curriculum and no longer taking new student enrollments for ChHC .

This chart indicates courses (X) in ChHC and RHU that count towards the REBC designation. Please verify your state CE approval prior to enrollment.
